Is 7Rizes family-friendly?

Of course, 7Rizes is family friendly and this is why there are specific types of rooms designed for more than 2 guests. All kids under 3 stay for free in a baby cot that is provided by 7Rizes.

Is there parking space outside 7Rizes?

There is free private parking for all our guests 30 metres before 7Rizes Luxury Living (just remove the chain and park). There is also public parking space right outside where you can stop for a few minutes to drop-off your luggage. Parking is free next to 7Rizes, or within 100-200 meters around 7Rizes (N. Katechaki and Ikarou str). 

Are we allowed to smoke in?

No, smoking is prohibited in all rooms and suites throughout 7Rizes. There is smoke detector so our guests are strongly advised to respect our no smoking policy in rooms. Due to its eco-friendly character, smoking is only allowed outdoor, in our roof garden with total respect to other guests nearby.

Are pets allowed in 7Rizes?

Yes, with a limitation in size. Please, contact us prior booking your room to specify this.

Will you be able to schedule any excursions and other activities for me?

Of course! Our team is available 24/7, allowing you to ask for any type of activities that suit your needs and preferences.

What time is the check-in and check-out?

The Check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out is 12:00 noon. If you are coming earlier or you need to depart later you may contact our reception staff. We will try our best!

Is there a safe box in each room?

Yes, there is a laptop size safe box in your room free of charge.

Can I have my clothes washed and ironed?

Yes, we offer laundry services and iron services per demand. For further assistance kindly contact the reception.

Do you have high speed Wi-Fi throughout?

Yes, we offer high speed WI-FI throughout all 7Rizes areas.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport to your 7Rizes?

We are very happy to arrange a taxi transfer to all guests to the airport, port, or Heraklion.
